Where free speech meets brushed metal.
In 2012, we installed an eight-foot Pabst Blue Ribbon Festivus pole next to a nativity scene in Deerfield Beach. In 2013, we escalated to the Florida Capitol. National media followed. Cities rewrote policies. What began as a beer-can pole became a constitutional stress test. Festivus 2026 expands that test internationally.
February 19, 2026: Former Prince Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office tied to the Epstein investigation. So, we thought, what the hell -- let's do a UK erection, and ask a simple question: when power operates without consent, who controls the permission slip?

GO AHEAD, ENJOY
Consentivus 2026: A six-foot middle finger of peaceful protest.
Six feet of aluminum. Wrapped in consent statements.
Stacked with pop-art cans stamped Limited Government Edition.
Now topped with a neon flashing heart signalling love.
It’s art. It’s satire. It’s 100% constitutional mischief.
Inspired by the original 2013 PBR Festivus Pole that stood beside a Nativity scene in Florida’s Capitol — the one that made national headlines and forced the state to confront its hypocrisy — this new edition fuses pop-art and civic duty into one question:
Can America,
and London, yes London,
still consent to free speech?
First Amendment Tactics for the Modern Smartass
PAPERWORK AS PERFORMANCE ART
We don’t protest — we comply, maliciously.
Each Consentivus Pole follows every rule, exposing hypocrisy through perfect paperwork.
Filed by the book, wrapped in consent, it’s six feet of lawful satire that turns red tape into revelation.
Highlights:
- $25 = One can label printed
- $50 = Permit application fee
- $100 = One hour of legal review
- $250 = Documented installation video
- $500 = One full pole installation

Real-World Disruption. Documented. Effective.
I’m not on Zazzle selling homemade stickers. I am the tip of the spear fighting the war you want fought. This price funds the frontline battles—the lawsuits and relentless chaos—that actually break the system. You aren't buying a decoration; you are arming the resistance.
It's not a sticker ... it's your receipt.
The Artifacts
Every image below represents a policy reversal, a government retreat, or a system forced to blink.
This isn’t theory. It’s execution. And it is funded by your support.
You provide the ammo. I fire the shots. Thank you.

Weaponizing Bureaucracy & Legal Loopholes
APPROVED, DENIED, AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN.
Each reaction tells the story. Every installation proves the point.
The Consentivus Tour rolls through state capitols and galleries—one pole, one can, one lawful headache at a time.
Palm Beach, Florida
We’ve filed in Palm Beach — the backyard of executive power.
If approved, neutrality stands.
If denied, the denial clarifies how selectively public forums operate.
Either way, the record becomes the point.

Holding Power Accountable
WHERE YOUR SUPPORT GOES.
Every dollar fuels lawful trouble — not talk.
Your support builds poles, prints cans, files permits, and captures every moment the Constitution gets tested. This isn’t charity — it’s civic infrastructure, wrapped in satire.
Highlights:

Turning Controversy into Change
CONSENT — CIVIC AND PERSONAL.
This isn’t about Christmas décor.
It’s about consent — the foundation of both speech and autonomy.
Consent to speak.
Consent to dissent.
Consent to challenge hypocrisy on its own legal terms.
In an age of banned books and algorithmic censorship, the Consentivus Pole stands for every American who still believes the First Amendment doesn’t need your ID — just your consent.

Control the Narrative & Make Headlines
MEET THE TROUBLEMAKER.
Chaz Stevens is a constitutional satirist, CLE Faculty member, and founder of REVOLT Training.
He turns bureaucracy into performance art and law into spectacle.
From the Bible Ban Challenge to The Consentivus Pole, Stevens uses lawful satire to expose hypocrisy and force accountability — one filing, one headline, one precedent at a time.
Highlights:
"My Hero Of The Day."
"Stevens doesn’t just provoke — he produces results."
