Festivus Man Wants To Bring Satanic Prayer To Deerfield Beach

Aiming to poke fun at a Supreme Court ruling allowing prayers at meetings, Stevens asked Deerfield Beach to let him open a commission meeting with a Satanic prayer}. He sees the request as a challenge to church-state entanglement and vowed to sue if denied​.
